Do you ship internationally?

We will ship anywhere in the world to get you the product you want.* If you need us to ship something to you outside of the USA, send us a fax, email, or give us a call to complete your order and we will send you an invoice. If you complete an international purchase through our website, we may invoice you for the remainder of the shipping costs when they exceed the amount paid. It is the responsibility of the customer to contact their local customs office to inquire after forms or taxes that may apply and vary from country to country.

International buyers should be aware that if you choose to have your package shipped via USPS, though the least expensive option, they do not guarantee delivery time-frames. USPS recommends shipping by November 30th for holiday gifts to be received for December 25th.

*Due to certain unfortunate circumstances and fraudulent activities, we are not able to ship to Nigeria and Brazil. Also, some countries have size restrictions which prevent us from shipping larger items via USPS. We're happy to help you figure out your options before you place your order.

How do I return an item?

If you would like to return an item, please call or email us. There is a 15% restocking fee for all items, you are responsible for return postage and securely packing all items so they return in the same condition you received them in. Damaged items may be assessed an additional fee.

My checkers don't all look exactly alike, is that normal?

If you ordered any of our marbleized checkers, they will each be unique in the swirl pattern. This is because we hand-pour and color all of our checkers, so from batch to batch there will be unpredictable variations that make your checkers unique and beautiful. We hope you enjoy them as much as we do!

What's in stock, and how quickly will my product ship?

The majority of our items are always in stock and will ship within a day or two at most. On occasion there may be a slightly longer delay in which case we'll reach out and let you know. If you have a "can't miss" situation, please call us immediately and we'll find a solution together.

Where do I buy?

You can safely purchase all of the products listed right here on Crisloid.com! Look for the "buy it now" button and when you're ready click the "checkout" button where you'll be seamlessly directed to Paypal in order to complete your order. If you're looking for additional games and accessories, we have a handy link in the lower left of the screen directing you to our other online stores such as eBay and Etsy.

What are the delivery options?

We ship via UPS and USPS. We consider all the important factors when deciding and will forward you a tracking number when it's generated. Please keep in mind that UPS will not deliver to a P.O. Box.

How do I pay for an order?

Paying is easy; PayPal offers a secure connection and the guarantee that your information stays private. Not super comfortable with the internet, or simply a Luddite, give us a call and we'll be happy to take your information over the phone.
