Update on the 9 Florence Mahjong Set and FLO Travel-Friendly Mahjong Set waiting lists

As our business continues to grow, we remain committed to delivering the same high-quality games and experiences you’ve come to expect from us since 1948. Growth is exciting, but as a manufacturer, we know it’s crucial to scale responsibly — never at the expense of quality. Many of you are already familiar with the reservation list we introduced for our mahjong sets. It’s been a helpful way to manage demand, but recently the list has been growing faster than our production capacity. The good news: we’re well into a solid plan to increase production — and we’re committed to doing it the right way.

Reservation List Availability
To better manage demand, maintain accurate timelines, and set realistic expectations, we’ve made the decision to pause the reservation lists for the 9-Florence mahjong set and FLO travel-friendly mahjong set until further notice. During this pause, new reservations will not be accepted. 

We’re so grateful for your patience and continued support as we take these steps to grow responsibly. Every message, reservation, and word of encouragement reminds us why we do what we do — and we couldn’t be more excited for what’s ahead.
